    Outside food and beverages are prohibited, with exceptions for wedding cakes, and dietary-specific items that are not available at the venue. Please see the “Resources & Guidelines” page.

  • How do I reserve The Shores for my event?

    To reserve The Shores, we require a $1,000 deposit. Please see the “Resources & Guidelines” page and contact us.

  • Can I customize my event setup?

    We offer flexible setup options, allowing you to tailor table arrangements, cutlery placement, and catering setups to fit the vision of your event.     Yes, Woodland Resort offers a variety of lodging options for your guests, including cabins, suites, and lodge units, all conveniently located steps from The Shores.

    We offer a variety of wedding packages, including One-Day, and Weekend options, each designed to cater to different event styles and needs.

  • Is there parking available for my guests?

    Yes, we provide parking for events. Larger events may need to use our overflow parking.

  • What is the capacity of the venue?

    The Shores can accommodate up to 400 guests, offering both indoor and outdoor event spaces.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you cancel your event within 12 months of the original date, your deposit is nonrefundable. Rescheduling may be allowed within a 12-month window.
